Georg Gottlob Struve was the son of Georg Adam and Susanna (Berlich) Struve . Like his father, Georg Gottlob studied the law at Leipzig (1685), Jena (1684 and 1687) and Strasbourg (1688). There is little trace of Georg Gottlob’s life apart from the bibliographic record that he left behind. The titles pages of some of his works are shown below:
